Returns Policy
All artworks are provided as a bespoke service on a one to one basis, based on the designs shown on this website and further discussion between Capture and you, the client. You, as the client give the artist full creative title to recreate the said artwork based on your size and style requests. You will be required to approve a proof before printing may commence. Due to the bespoke status of these artworks, items that are delivered as described in good condition may not be returned. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned orders, which have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.
If your artwork is damaged in transit you must notify Capture within one day and keep all packaging and artwork in the condition that it was delivered in. The reason for damage will be looked into. Damaged items will of course be replaced.

Capture will provide a proof or proofs, which will be sent to you for your approval. These proofs will of course be of a much lesser quality than the final print. You will be required to approve these proofs and give permission to print. Once you have done this payment is required for the full amount Printing will not commence until payment is received in full.
Occasionally, on very large orders the customer may be asked to pay a deposit in advance to seeing proofs. You will be notified if this is the case.
